We have once again rolled up our sleeves and prepared a few improvements that will make your work even easier. This time’s update brings a redesigned design, faster performance, and some features that were most often suggested by users.
Links and images in email notifications
You can now customize the content of your email notifications even more. Add images and links to your website, promotions, or social networks. For example, you can add a link to the next appointment or a special offer in the “Thank you” email.
Unified design throughout the entire application
Lime Booking now looks more consistent than ever before. All the pages – from the calendar to the settings – have received a fresh, unified look that enables better visibility and easier management.
Duplicate service – copy the service with one click
Managing services is now even faster. With the new “Duplicate service” option, you can duplicate an existing service in just one step. This is especially useful if you have multiple similar services (e.g., “beards for men/children/women”), where only the price or duration differs.
Selection of the contractor by individual service
On the online form, your customers booking can now easily filter available appointments based on the selected provider. If your salon has multiple employees, only their available appointments will be displayed when selecting a specific provider – simplifying booking and reducing the possibility of confusion during scheduling.
Add the head and the leg to the accounts
From now on, you can further personalize your invoices. In the settings, you can add a header and footer with a logo, contact information, or a thank-you message for visiting.
The application works faster
We’ve made quite a few technical optimizations under the hood – Lime Booking now loads faster, page transitions are more fluid, and the calendar opens almost instantly.
Improvements in the tax collection system
The update also includes improved functionality for the tax dashboard. We have added new invoice export formats that further simplify the process of transferring issued invoices to your selected accounting software.

This update is primarily focused on improving the user experience, increasing speed and flexibility when working with customers. All the new features are already active in your app – simply log in to your account and try them out in practice.
