1. How do I issue a receipt using the fiscal cash register?
After the appointment is completed, click on it and select Issue receipt. The app will automatically redirect you to the fiscal cash register with the service fields pre-filled.
2. Can clients pay with a gift voucher?
Of course. When issuing the receipt, select the option to pay with a gift voucher. Then enter the unique gift voucher code and the app will automatically deduct the appropriate amount from the voucher. If the service costs more, the client must pay the difference. If the voucher value is higher, the remaining balance is automatically stored on the gift voucher and can be used later.
3. Do you support payment by bank transfer?
The Lime Booking fiscal cash register supports payment by bank transfer. When issuing the receipt, select bank transfer as the payment method. Along with the standard receipt, a smaller slip with a QR code and bank transfer details will also be printed.
4. Can I issue an original invoice to a company?
Each time you issue a receipt, you can select the client as either an individual or a legal entity and issue an original invoice to a company.
5. How do I activate the fiscal cash register if I already use the Lime Booking app?
