30th Platform for Customers

In addition to the software, Lime Booking offers marketing functionality (also called a “platform”) through which the user acquires new customers. When the user acquires a new customer through the platform, Lime Booking charges a commission for the acquisition under the terms set forth in this section. The customer pays the service directly to the user, and Lime Booking charges a commission to the user for the acquisition.

Definition of new and existing party

A new customer is a person who is not in the user's customer database when booking. A person who is in the user's customer database is an existing customer and is not charged a commission for them. If the user is doing business at a new location or under changed data, but it is the same legal entity, their customer database is not changed by this. When a person books on behalf of another person, the actual recipient of the service is considered the new customer.

Importing existing customers

The user can enter their existing customers via a dedicated form. For properly recorded existing customers, no acquisition fee is charged. The user is responsible for the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the entered data.

The amount of the commission

The commission for acquiring a new customer is 30 % net of the first term of the new customer, but at least 6 € and a maximum of 100 € per acquired customer. For packages, the commission is calculated from the net price of the first term of the package; for a package of five terms with a total value of 100 €, the commission is therefore calculated at 20 €. The corresponding value-added tax is charged on the commission.

Basis for calculation

The basis for the commission is the net price of the originally booked first-term service. If another service other than the booked one is actually performed, the commission basis does not change.

Creation and charging of the commission

The commission is generated when the first appointment of a new client is made. If the client does not show up for the appointment or the appointment is not completed, the commission for that acquisition is not generated. Lime Booking charges the user the commission together with the subscription or in a separate invoice.

Ban on bypassing the platform

The user also owes a commission for the acquisition if the customer was first acquired through the platform, and the booking or execution of the service was then performed directly outside the platform. This applies 12 months after the customer was acquired through the platform. The user must not encourage customers acquired through the platform to go through the platform again.

Responsibility for implementation

The user is responsible for the performance and quality of the service, as well as for handling complaints regarding the service. The customer must first try to resolve any problem directly with the user; if a solution is not possible, Lime Booking may be involved in the handling. The user is responsible for the costs and liability arising from disputes arising from the user’s conduct or the performance of the service.

31. Other provisions

The user agrees that Lime Booking (Adanta d.o.o.) may use the user’s company name and/or brand name for its own advertising purposes, including the logo, without additional prior consent. This use may include, but is not limited to, displaying the name and logo on websites, marketing materials, presentations, social media, and other communication channels as part of the presentation of references and trusted customers of Lime Booking.

Lime Booking undertakes that the use of the name and logo will be limited exclusively to promotional activities that showcase Lime Booking service users and will be carried out in a manner that will not harm the reputation of the user.

If the user does not wish their name and/or logo to be used in these cases, they may at any time send a written request to terminate such use to info@lime-booking.com, With this, Lime Booking does not assume any responsibility for promotional materials that have already been created or published before receiving the request.

32. Law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. The parties first try to resolve the dispute amicably; if that fails, the competent court is in Ptuj.

  4. You enter your information and any notes for the provider;
  5. On the screen “Review of reservation” check the summary (provider, service, contractor, date and time, and total price) and, if desired, enter the discount code;
  6. You submit the reservation by clicking on the button “Confirm reservation”. You can go back at any step and change the data.

6.2 Conclusion of the contract

With a submitted and confirmed reservation, a contract is concluded between you and the provider regarding the provision of the service. Lime Booking acts as the platform operator in this case.

The contract for the provision of the service between you and the provider is concluded at the moment you click the “Confirm reservation” button on the “Reservation overview” screen. By doing so, you place a binding reservation, committing yourself to pay the price displayed to the provider.

6.3 Confirmation of reservation

You will receive the confirmation of your reservation on a permanent data carrier (for example via email or SMS). The confirmation of your reservation is also visible at all times in the app itself on the Home screen.

6.4 Confirmation of the payment obligation

When submitting the reservation, explicitly confirm that you are ordering a paid service that you pay to the provider upon or after its execution.

The price of the service shown in the booking summary is paid directly to the provider upon or after the service is provided.

6.5 Additional information, performance and final price

Before submitting a reservation, the provider can offer “Your data” requires additional information that it needs to confirm and execute your reservation (for example, notes or other information requested by the provider).

The reserved service, the contractor, the time and the price are the basis for the execution.

The provider can adjust the exact execution of the appointment and exceptionally, in order to optimize the schedule, postpone your appointment; they will inform you about this via the persistent data carrier (email or SMS). If you agree on additional services or products with the provider, the final price will be increased accordingly and the agreed amount will be paid to the provider.

The provider may not charge you a higher price than the one booked without your consent.

7. Prices and payment

You pay the service directly to the provider upon or after completion of the booking. Lime Booking charges you nothing for the booking. The provider issues you an invoice for the service rendered after the service has been completed.

8. Cancellation of the term and non-participation

8.1 Provider's rules

The rules and procedures for cancellation and any consequences are determined by each provider within the framework of applicable legislation. The rules are displayed with each provider before booking.

8.2 Cancellation on your part

Because you do not pay the term in advance, cancellation usually has no financial consequences, unless the provider discloses the cancellation fee in advance, which is permitted by law.

8.3 Non-participation

The consequences of non-participation are determined by the provider within the framework of its rules; any compensation must be disclosed in advance.

8.4 Cancellation by the salon

If the provider cancels the term, you are not obliged to do anything.

9. Right to withdraw

9.1 General rule

With contracts concluded remotely, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. For a service contract, the deadline runs from the day the contract is concluded.

9.2 Exception for dates

For booking a session on a specific date or time, the right of cancellation generally does not apply, because it is a service related to a specific appointment. Instead, the salon’s cancellation policy applies (Chapter 8).

9.3 Consequence

Therefore, you generally do not have a 14-day right of withdrawal for each reserved appointment; we will explicitly inform you about this before booking.

If the exception does not apply, we will provide you with information about the right of withdrawal before concluding the contract, along with a withdrawal form. You can withdraw by making an unequivocal statement or on this form.
