1. Conditional services
The new functionality allows for greater control over appointments and clients. The conditional service function works in such a way that when choosing a service from one category (e.g., hair coloring), the customer must also choose a service from another category (e.g., cutting or curling).
The main reason for this functionality is that you can now add services to the online form that are conditional on others, which allows for better control over appointment bookings that have conditional services or can only be performed in combination with another service.
This will better optimize your time and reduce the need for additional coordination with each client individually.
2. Facebook CAPI integration
Are you advertising your services through Facebook and Instagram? With the help of the Facebook CAPI integration, you can now more easily track how many customers have booked an appointment online through your ads.
What is Facebook CAPI?
The Facebook Conversion API (CAPI) is a powerful tool that enables companies to share data about customer interactions directly from their servers on Facebook. This helps you achieve greater accuracy and control over the results of your campaign, including tracking events, conversions, and user behavior, while respecting user privacy and preferences.
How does integration work?
With this new integration, Lime Booking can now send critical booking-related events directly to Facebook via CAPI, providing you with real-time insights and data-driven optimization:
Accurate tracking of conversions: Capture key booking events such as reservations, cancellations, or changes and send this data directly to Facebook, ensuring that you can track conversions and customer actions with greater accuracy.
Improved ad performance: By using more detailed booking data, you can create more targeted Facebook ads that resonate with your audience, thereby increasing ad performance and return on investment (ROI).
Improved data privacy: With integration through CAPI, data is transmitted directly from the Lime Booking servers to Facebook, bypassing browser-based tracking methods, which improves data privacy and gives you more control.
Optimized advertising campaigns: Facebook will use the data it receives from Lime Booking to improve ad targeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization strategies, helping you reach the right audience at the right time.

3. Automatic calendar refresh
Due to constant updates and improvements to the app, we have enabled automatic background updates, ensuring that you always have access to the latest version.
The application thus refreshes itself automatically every 5 minutes.
4. Language and currencies
We are pleased to announce that we have added a new language to Lime Booking – Serbian and two new currencies: KM (Bosnian mark) and CHF (Swiss franc).
