On the fair in Novo Sad We have presented how salon owners can save several hours a day with the help of online ordering and automated notifications, reduce the number of appointment cancellations, and provide their customers with a more pleasant booking experience.
We created a relaxed atmosphere with free mojitos prepared by our bartender.
Meanwhile, part of our team was in Belgrade, where he was one of the instructors in the Lash Lift masterclass organized by a renowned educator. Lashlady Jelene.
As part of our lecture, we presented the basics of digital marketing for salons, showing how beauty salons can attract more new customers with simple online approaches – from better positioning on Google to effective use of social networks and online tools such as Lime Booking.
The participants realized that digital marketing is not just advertising, but primarily building trust and relationships with customers.
