From now on, you can view your accounts even more transparently – filter them by paid, unpaid, and canceled. This way, you will always have a clear overview of your financial situation and be able to more easily track open obligations.
The possibility of entering the gift voucher code in the online form
Gift vouchers are an important source of revenue for salons, which is why we have added a new functionality: when ordering online, customers can now enter a gift voucher code, which is also recorded when booking an appointment. In the case of integrated online payments, the amount of the gift voucher is automatically deducted from the total payment amount. This brings more transparency, fewer errors, and a better connection between the reservation and payment.
Payment by advance payment
For even more flexibility in choosing payment methods, we have added the option of paying by pre-invoice. This means that you can issue a pre-invoice to your customers, and the payment is then recorded directly in the system only when the transfer to the TRR has been made, without the need for any additional manual entry.
