That's why we completely revamped Lime Booking customer card – one of the most important functionalities for everyday work. The new version provides you with greater transparency, faster access to information, and additional options for organization and analysis.
Better overview of appointments
The new card now has Smart tabs, where you can quickly switch between:
all terms,
in the future,
the past,
and deleted.
This means that you will no longer get lost in long lists or have to search for past visits at multiple locations – everything is organized and accessible with just one click.
Quick calendar overview
On the right side of the card you will find New calendar overview, This view allows for better orientation and helps you quickly determine when the customer was last with you and when their next visit is scheduled.
Visible comments
Comments about the customer (e.g. special requests, warnings) are now visible immediately, without additional clicks.
Jump to the next appointment
With one click, you can move directly from the customer card to the calendar and its next appointment.
New analytics
From now on you can see:
total revenue by party,
revenue per individual term,
The most frequently visited services and more.
