We present you 5 new features this week that will help you make ordering your clients’ orders even easier. Dynamic duration and prices, license upgrades, multilingual online form, calendar view for just one contractor, and blocking before or after the appointment!
1. Dynamic duration of the service
Do you have a service that takes different lengths of time? Now, with the help of dynamic customer duration on the online form, they can easily choose how long they want to stay on the service.
2. Dynamic prices
Do you want to have different prices depending on the number of people, days and hours of the week? The new update brings dynamic pricing, where you can define different classes or tariff prices that are different on certain days and hours!
*Dynamic prices are linked to the function of spaces. The price can be adjusted depending on the class or tariff.
3. Blocking of appointments before or after
Do you have a service where preparation before or tidying up after the appointment is required? Use the appointment blocking feature to ensure that the appointments do not overlap and that you have enough time to prepare or tidy up.
4. Displaying a person on the calendar
Does it happen that you miss a certain appointment or you have a lot of employees and you don't see when which appointment is due? The new feature helps you quickly review appointments for just a specific person, without having to switch the filter on.
Just click on the circle with the employee's name or image and you will see a more detailed view. By clicking on the person again, you return to the full overview of all employees, without having to re-edit the filter.
5. Multilingualism of the online form
The online form, the names of the services and the descriptions of the services are no longer only available in Slovenian; they are now also available in the following languages:
- English,
- German,
- Italian and
- Croatian.
Soon Serbian and Spanish will join them!
