events for the beauty industry \u2013 the cosmetics fair in Novi Sad and a masterclass in Belgrade aimed at salon owners who want to increase their visits and online online ordering and automated notifications, reduce the number of appointment cancellations, and provide their customers with a more pleasant booking our lecture, we presented the basics of digital marketing for salons, showing how beauty salons can attract more new customers with simple online approaches \u2013 from better positioning on Google to
